P/S: Art expo

POP song 就该如此莫名其妙的让人addicted to it.

by the way,近期的中文pop song,她的歌算最能听的了。

Questioning CEOs

http://www.makers.com/christiane-amanpour/moments/asking-tough-questions

hmm....

In case I'm once again, torn between whether to ask easy and boring questions or tough questions I may not get answers from CEOs and I will most probably pissed them off and being shown POKER FACEs..

I'll refer to the above link. haha.. - asking tough question, Challenging President Clinton.

Well, Poker faces collected so far...

1. Chief Executive of CIMB, Nazir Razak..
(The very moment when  I asked: Have you got any idea when will be the next general election?)
He was too lazy to even stare at me. Ignored me completely and walk away... (Like A boss) and I heard reporters and PRs laughing. PR: not a good platform for that question.

Well, before that he had already looked annoyed when I asked him some questions on acquisition. ("I've just said that there will be no acquisition plan in the near future.")

2. CEO, Maxis, Vandip Das
My colleague told me he is friendly, nice CEO...
and I annoyed a friendly CEO... = =''

(Questions asked- Maxis whether to sell Aircel, India, How will the investigation on Ananda (the scandal which involved the former Telecom minister of India) would affect the business of Aircels)

Response from the CEO: When did Maxis Press conference end? Of course , he sounded very UNhappy..

which I promise myself I will overcome it eventually!!

but 认真想想, journalists or reporters are not there to PLEASE them.. ----> Please remember this!! ALWAYS!!

Sometimes I wonder whether the way I asked questions is not right. Not the right place to ask? or what?
(For the Maxis case, I do wish to ask him those questions after the press conference, but I really don't have time after that.)

However,  RULE no.1 would still be: whether it excites the readers(I'm a reader too ) or relevant to investors.

hmm.. experienced journalist please come out with titles like: "The Art of Questioning",
"The Art of Asking Tough questions" , "The Art of Asking Tough Questions and Not to Piss People off" ...

(By the way, after asking Nazir on GE questions, I don't think there will be any other questions that I am afraid to ask. XP)

but I think I would still be very nervous , if I were to ask the bank governor, Zeti, any question.

P/S: I once thought of putting photos of  these BIG HEADS (大头) on my blog posts but I was reminded they do have their 肖像权and I do need their approvals.

Let me consult my lawyer friend 1st. haha.. :D
